The Project

This Lake Stevens project included rebuilding an elevated second-story deck, a lower backyard deck, and the front entry stairs to create a cohesive outdoor space.

The decks feature Apex PVC Brazilian Teak decking with Carbonized Osage double border accents, TimberTech IRX aluminum railings with a Carbonized Osage drink rail and under-rail LED lighting, plus a custom pergola on the lower deck and riser lighting on the rebuilt front steps.
