Our Process
Step One - Tell Us About Your Project
Use our Project Request Form to reach out, or Call / Text Us and tell us a little about your project.
We respond same-day.
Step Two - On-Site Design & Estimate Visit
We meet at your home to learn the ideas you have for your project, discuss options, then collect the info and measurements we need to create a design and project proposal. We bring along relevant material samples on this visit so you can see what they’ll look like in real life.
Step Three - Free 3D Concept & Project Proposal
First, we work with you to create a 3D design of your project so you know what you’re getting.
Second, we provide a detailed project proposal with
Options and Pricing - so you can pick what fits your needs and budget
Estimated Project Timeline - so you know how long it’s going to take
Payment Schedule - a materials deposit before the project begins, progress payments at pre-agreed-upon milestones, then final payment is due once the final walkthrough is complete and you’re satisfied.
Step Four - Project Scheduling & Construction
Once approved, we schedule your project at a time that works for you. During the project, we protect your home, clean up every day, and touch base daily to tell you how the project is going, discuss any obstacles, and make sure you’re happy with everything.
Step Five - Final Walkthrough & Project Warranty
Once the project is finished, we complete:
A Deep Clean - we remove any debris that wasn’t caught in our daily end-of day clean-ups
A Magnetic Sweep - we sweep the project and surrounding area to catch metal objects may have been dropped.
A Final Walkthrough - we do a final viewing of the finished project with you to ensure you’re happy with everything. If you aren’t, we fix it.
Final payment is only collected once you’re happy with the finished result.
When everything is wrapped up, we register any applicable materials warranties on your behalf, and on top of that, your project is backed by our own 5-year Labor and Materials warranty.
