Planning Your Project
Tell Us About Your Project
Fill out the form, call, or text us and tell us a little about what you have in mind. Drew, the owner, will personally get back to you within 24 hours to set up a time to meet.
Site Visit & Free 3D Design
We meet at your home, talk through your ideas and take the measurements we need. We bring material samples so you can see them in person. Then we design your project in 3D, so you know just what you’re getting. Design is done in-house, and we can handle your permit too.
Clear, Line-Item Proposal
Your proposal shows exactly what’s included, with options and upgrades priced line by line so you can pick what fits your needs and budget. It also lists your estimated timeline and payment schedule. No surprises, and no commitment until you approve it.
Building Your Project
Deposit & Scheduling
Once you approve your proposal, we set a start date that works for you. A materials deposit is due 2-3 weeks before we begin, so we can make sure materials are ready for your project. We securely process payments through Intuit QuickBooks.
Construction & Updates
During the build, we protect your home, clean up at the end of every day and check in with you about progress, any surprises, and next steps. Progress payments are due at milestones we agree upon in your proposal.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We deep clean the site and run a magnetic sweep to catch any stray nails or screws. Then we walk the finished project with you, and if anything isn’t right, we fix it. Final payment is due only once you’re happy. After that, we register your materials warranties for you, and in addition, your project is covered by our 5-Year “No Worries” Warranty.
