The Project

This Mountlake Terrace homeowner reached out because their old deck was unsafe for their young children. We designed this new deck with TimberTech Coconut Husk composite decking to provide an attractive, long-lasting, and easy to maintain surface. Our client selected wood railings with a Composite Drink Rail to provide a sturdy and cost effective railing, and a transparent deck roof with premium bronze polycarbonate roofing to create a sheltered outdoor space so they can use their deck all year long.
