Mountlake Terrace Deck and Deck Cover
This Mountlake Terrace project combined TimberTech Coconut Husk composite decking with a premium polycarbonate patio cover to create a protected, year-round outdoor space. The structure was built for durability in the Pacific Northwest climate, with careful attention to framing, hardware, and clean alignment throughout.
The translucent polycarbonate roofing allows natural light to pass through while protecting the deck from rain, making the space usable in all seasons.
