The Project

This Logan Park project transformed the backyard into a more intentional outdoor living space, refined through on-site 3D design before construction began.

The finished deck features TimberTech Coastline PVC decking with Dark Hickory skirting, integrated riser lighting, and a wide Dark Hickory drink rail with under-rail LED lighting. Structural framing and footings were upgraded to support a future pergola, and a concealed access hatch was built into the skirting for clean, practical access below the deck.
