Lake Forest Park Multi-Level Deck Rebuild

What Our Client Said

“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tool & Trade for your next project. Drew is communicative, detailed, and driven to build things the right way.

We hired them for a large deck rebuild — it started with a prompt quote close to the verbal estimate. Drew was pleasant to work with and cleaned up his working area every day. He ran decisions by us before committing to them and kept us up to date with each stage of the project. Drew even brought out a landscaper to improve the surrounding area free of charge!

Take a look at his beautiful work, and you can see why we are pleased.”

The Project

This Lake Forest Park deck rebuild started with an old back deck that was in rough shape and a steeply sloped backyard that was difficult to use.

With their family growing, the homeowners wanted a larger and more functional outdoor space where they could relax, host, and enjoy their backyard more comfortably.

They selected Deckorators Costa decking for its durability, low maintenance, and slip resistance. As part of the rebuild, we also incorporated low-voltage riser lights into each set of stairs to create a warm ambiance at night and improve safety.

At the end of the project, we brought in a landscaper to help finish the space with a new retaining wall, fresh landscaping, and a cleaner layout around the deck.
