The Project

This Bothell front porch and stair rebuild was designed to replace an old concrete entryway after the homeowner’s porch was torn apart during their transition from septic to sewer.

The homeowners wanted something more attractive, low-maintenance, and welcoming for the front of their home. We used 3D modeling to create a clean concept design, then rebuilt the entryway using TimberTech Sea Salt Gray composite decking and matching fascia.

The fascia was wrapped around the structure to hide the old concrete porch underneath, giving the front entry a cleaner, more finished look while preserving the existing foundation below.
