Return Policy
We stand behind the quality and usefulness of our jigs. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns:
30-Day Return Window
You can return any jig within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is unused and in original condition.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your jig arrives damaged or breaks during normal use within the first 30 days, contact us with a photo and a brief description. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge or issue a refund—your choice.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@toolandtrade.net with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, etc.), we’ll cover shipping.
If returning for other reasons, the buyer covers return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom jigs or jigs modified after purchase are not eligible for return
